Independent Living Skills Training

IL Skills Training can enable you to build the skills you need to live independently. We work with you to identify the skills you want to develop and support you in learning how to solve problems, make informed decisions, and advocate for yourself. The training is personally tailored to each individual consumer’s goals.   Some skills relate to personal growth, others relate to learning how to handle and navigate services and responsibilities, while others will address new information and challenges.
